His Eminence is a dedicated scholar of Islam, a great lover of the beloved Prophet Muhammad Mustafa (Allah bless him and give him peace), an ardent admirer of Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (may Allah be pleased with him), and deeply intoxicated by the pristine qualities and writings of the Reviver of the Century, Imam Ahle Sunnat Ahmad Raza Khan (may Allah be pleased with him). A disciple and Khalifa of Mufti-e-Azam Hind Muhammad Mustapha Raza Khan and Hazrat Hujjatul Islam Muhammad Hamid Raza Khan (may Allah be pleased with them). His Eminence was born on 6th Shawwal 1348 (8th March 1930) in West Bengal, India, 8 years 7 months and 6 days after the death (wisaal) of the Reviver of the Century. During this period His Eminence father was serving in the East India Railway (EIR) service. His only sister Kulsoom was born on Saturday 8th Jamadi-us Sani 1352 (28 August 1933) and his younger brother, Maulana Muhammad Ayub Razvi Qadiri (may Allah sanctify his soul) was born in 1936, Jamalpur. In the same year, His Eminence lost his beloved and pious father, Muhammad Siddiqui in Bardawan, West Bengal.
His Eminence first maktab was Masjid Mahalla Wali Ganj, Jamalpur where he started Hafiz in the first week of Zil Qad 1358 (January 1940). In 1943 at the age of 13 he completed as Hafiz and his first complete Taraweeh was at the same Masjid in 1362 Hijri (1943 AD).
